The processing of an order

Please contact me if you require a translation. Send me the text which is to be translated by e-mail or by post.

I shall assess the volume of the text, specialist field and time required for the processing. You will subsequently receive an offer quickly with regard to price and possible delivery time and date.

I may still need some information from you such as for example about the background of the text in order for me to translate the text in a suitable manner for the target group. We will clarify the time frame in order for you to be able to include the required processing time accordingly in your work schedule.

Placing of the order and processing

After the order is placed I will send you an order confirmation. I will carry out the translation according to the order.

The translations will be formatted in line with the original documents, i.e. headings and paragraphs will be applied to the target document as in the original document, tables and graphics will be taken over accordingly, etc.

Quality assurance

All translations will be proofread in full for completeness, grammar, spelling and standardised terminology at least twice before delivery in order to guarantee an impeccable quality.

Delivery

The finished translation can be delivered by e-mail, post, fax or on CD – as agreed.
